"The Alchemist " written by PAULO COELHO. The alchemist is a wonderful book and the story telling is beautiful.

The  theme of the story is prophecy. highly influenced by the dreams  of a Shepherd boy Santiago.who decided  to travel  to the pyramid  of Egypt  to find  treasure. The writer tries  to point out how the whole  universe  tries to conspire in helping  a person achieve  what he  wants. It is impressive  and readers  can be highly  entranced by it.

The story main character  Santiago  and other important characters are Melchizedek, an old king  and fathima  with whom Santiago  fall in love  with. They are highly convincing and sympathetic.

 This story is adventure is meant to entertain people mainly those who live in dreams and prophecies. It is interesting for readers  of all age  groups

The book  has greatly impressed me. So this is fantastic and amazing book.
